Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, in this case please contact USPS. Free tracking information is provided for every purchase, you should receive an active tracking number 24-48 hours after initial shipping notification. Please reach out through email if tracking information does not appear after 48 hours and I will help resolve this issue!

Damaged/Incorrect Package:

Please note that the woodburning products are subject to bark breakage. This art is created on a natural material and is fagile, breakage is normal and refunds will not be given for this circumstance. If you recieve a damaged/broken package, please contact USPS in order to file a claim. Bambam Productions is not responsible for any packages once it is accepted by USPS. Please contact our shop if you have additional questions regarding this.
